About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and implement care that promotes security, dignity, and independence for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with residents and their families
  • Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
  • Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be expected to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action
