About Us:

At Radfield Home Care, we pride ourselves on providing a high-quality, person-centred service to our clients. We believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and we strive to deliver a service that meets the unique needs and preferences of each client.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.00 per hour (Monday to Friday) and £14.00 per hour (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Paid travel time and mileage at a rate of 40p per mile.
  • A comprehensive induction and training programme, including NVQs and other qualifications.
  • Ongoing support and supervision from our experienced care team.
  • The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Be able to commit to a regular schedule, including evenings and weekends.
