Job Title: Airport Operations Officer

Farnborough Airport Limited is seeking a highly skilled Airport Operations Officer to join our team. This role is a key part of our Operations function, and we are looking for someone who can coordinate daily movements, ensure efficient use of operational time, and maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily movement schedules to optimize operational efficiency
  • Apply attention to detail in sorting, collating, and transferring information into the FBO's computer system
  • Communicate with incoming and outgoing aircraft, providing prompt and efficient services
  • Provide safe, fast, and efficient handling of all aircraft movements
  • Execute clients' requests, including third-party bookings, with great attention to detail and without delay
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Crew, representing the airport's high standards at all times
  • Contribute to the Company's aspiration of becoming an Employer of Choice and Responsibility in the local area by participating in volunteering opportunities
  • Demonstrate engagement with and adherence to Company policies, procedures, guidelines, and reporting channels to ensure all work is carried out safely and to the highest standards
Requirements:
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends
  • An interest in aviation
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a similar Aviation, Operational, or Customer Service role
