Care Support Specialist

**Job Title:** Support Worker
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities in Newton Mearns/Barrhead/Eaglesham/Thornliebank/Giffnock.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support. They will also help expand social networks and connections, working independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
- Help individuals develop their skills and independence
- A positive and flexible outlook on work
- The ability to adapt to changing situations
- A competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour
- Sessional contracts available
