To succeed in this role, you'll need to be kind-hearted, patient, and willing to go above and beyond for others. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Helping with mobility around the home, including transfers and repositioning
  • Overseeing medication administration and providing medical support as needed
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, and tidying
  • Running errands and assisting with grocery shopping or other tasks as required

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits that include paid mileage, early pay app access, and opportunities for career development and progression. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.

A minimum of 35p per mile is offered as paid mileage, allowing you to claim back costs when visiting clients. Additionally, our Early Pay App enables you to request up to 50% of your pay in advance of payday, giving you greater financial flexibility.
