As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with our customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
You will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and compassionate care and support to meet the individual needs and wishes of each customer. This may include all aspects of personal care, assisting with medicines, supporting the customer to eat and drink well, safely using aids and personal equipment, and housework such as dusting, tidying, washing floors, vacuuming and sweeping.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and respect the dignity of customers.
The estimated salary for this role is £11.25 per hour, based on the location and job requirements.
