We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Manager to join our team and help us design and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.
Job Description: As a Learning Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of training programs that support the needs of our members, students, and industry partners. Your primary focus will be on working with subject matter experts to create training materials that support a range of courses delivered at foundation, intermediate, and advanced levels. You will also be responsible for managing the development of training materials, ensuring they are current, fit for purpose, and meet the needs of industry stakeholders, as well as coordinating course registrations and managing the Learning Management System.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and delivery of training programs that support the needs of our members, students, and industry partners.
- Work with subject matter experts to create training materials that support a range of courses delivered at foundation, intermediate, and advanced levels.
- Manage the development of training materials, ensuring they are current, fit for purpose, and meet the needs of industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate course registrations, including enquiries, booking confirmations, and payment processing.
- Manage the Learning Management System.
Requirements: To be successful as a Learning Experience Manager, you should have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver educational programs that meet the needs of our members, students, and industry partners. You should also have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts and other stakeholders. A proven track record of training program development and management across a range of methodologies is highly valued.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
