Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Development and Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test engineering or development engineering, with a focus on the automotive powertrain / electric vehicle / e-mobility sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Engineering: Oversee or perform tests, capture data, and interpret results. This will involve data analysis and producing reports and recommendations for customer review.
  • Test System Development: Develop test requirements in conjunction with DVP, 8D, and FMEAs. Support the build and commissioning of test systems and analysis of test data.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and project management abilities to drive test engineering projects forward.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-10 years of test engineering or development engineering experience within the automotive powertrain / electric vehicle / e-mobility sector.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, with experience in defining, planning, and implementing tests and SOPs for vehicle transmissions, electric motors, complex electromechanical systems, engines, powertrains, turbines, etc.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
