About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our Support Team as a Christmas Support Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stock is processed efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines to deliver to our customers at the promised time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process stock quickly and accurately, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
  • Locate, pack, and transfer stock in and out of store, meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service to customers.
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times, providing excellent customer service.
  • Take control of your own development, identifying areas for improvement and seeking opportunities for growth and learning.
