About the Role:

To be a successful Christmas Support Team Member, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Share your knowledge and passion for our products, helping customers find the perfect items.
  • Maintain a high level of store presentation, ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and easy to shop from.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Support the processing of deliveries and stockroom tasks, ensuring efficient stock management.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Take ownership of your development, seeking opportunities to learn and grow within the role.

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and contact those who match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
