We are looking for a highly skilled Safeguarding Specialist to join our team in Somerset. As a key member of the Family Safeguarding Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable families and ensuring their safety and well-being.

About the Position:

This role offers a unique blend of office and home-based working, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.

You will be working closely with families to develop and implement safeguarding plans, providing guidance and support to help them achieve positive outcomes.

A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum reflects the level of expertise and experience required for this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement safeguarding plans for vulnerable families
  2. Work closely with children and their families to ensure their safety and well-being
  3. Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive support
