Electrical Test and Inspection Technician

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Test and Inspection Technician to join our team at CBRE. As an Electrical Test and Inspection Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the electrical systems of our clients' buildings are safe, compliant, and functioning correctly.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Conduct high-quality inspections and testing of electrical systems in laboratory, office, and other environments
- Ensure electrical systems comply with BS7671 and client-specific standards
- Perform RCD and EV charger testing and inspections
- Identify and repair electrical issues while minimizing disruptions
- Conduct EICRs to a high standard
- Support site operations from an electrical perspective
- Implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Attend weekly toolbox talks and complete training
- Use client compliance software to report on electrical system condition

**Requirements**

- Time-served electrical apprenticeship or equivalent experience
- NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
- Inspection and testing level 3 certification
- BS7671 wiring regulations knowledge
- Full UK driving license
