Job Title: Energy Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Energy Project Manager to join our team at MDE Group UK. As a key member of our Energy Management team, you will be responsible for managing energy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
  • Manage project documentation, including meeting summaries, progress updates, and timelines.
  • Monitor project activities to ensure milestones are achieved on time and objectives are met.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with the team to allocate resources efficiently and maintain a steady project workflow.
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables by reviewing and verifying reports.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical environment or engineering role.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, including creating detailed schedules, timelines, and budget forecasts.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Asana, Trello, and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and resources simultaneously.
  • Skills in developing and reporting consistent Monitoring and Verification reports on delivered projects.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and skill enhancement.
