Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our client's team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide HSE advice and support to the team and management, promoting a positive HSE culture within the organization.
  • Deliver HSE training to employees, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely.
  • Monitor and review HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as NEBOSH.
  • Experience in a similar role within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
