Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide guidance on safe working practices to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of health and safety awareness and encourage reporting of incidents and near misses.
  • Investigate and analyze incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of health and safety data, including incident reports, risk assessments, and training records.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures, including first aid, fire safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in health and safety legislation and industry best practices, ensuring our organization remains compliant and proactive in maintaining a safe working environment.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Specialist with a strong background in occupational health and safety. You will have a NEBOSH qualification and PTLLS certification, with previous experience in health and safety management and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and industry standards.

Working Hours

The successful candidate will work Monday to Thursday, 7am to 4pm, and Friday, 7am to 3pm.
