Learning Mentor/Cover

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning Mentor/Cover. As a Learning Mentor/Cover, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to students, promoting their emotional well-being and aiding their academic growth.
- Mentor and guide students in their behavioral development, assisting them in setting and achieving personal and educational targets.
- Engage and assist with various learning activities and programs, implementing strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other learning mentors to create a comprehensive support network for each student.
- Previous experience working as a Behavior or Learning Mentor is preferred.
- Experience in SEN, challenging behavior, coaching, or youth work is also highly desirable.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
