The Role
As a key member of the BPO Sourcing Team at Bruin, you will develop and implement BPO sourcing strategies that align with business goals. You will lead the entire sourcing lifecycle, from strategy development and contract negotiation to implementation and governance. Collaboration with senior stakeholders is crucial in shaping outsourcing and offshoring approaches. Your role will involve optimizing sourcing processes to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions, managing supplier relationships, and mitigating risks through robust governance and contractual frameworks. Financial performance tracking and reporting against targets are also essential, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
