Job Description
As a Procurement Strategist at Bruin, you will be responsible for developing and implementing BPO sourcing strategies that align with business objectives. This involves leading the entire sourcing lifecycle, from strategy development and contract negotiation to implementation and governance. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape outsourcing and offshoring approaches, optimize sourcing processes to deliver cost-effective solutions, manage supplier relationships, and mitigate risks through robust governance and contractual frameworks. Tracking and reporting financial performance against targets is also essential, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement BPO sourcing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead the entire sourcing lifecycle, including strategy development, contract negotiation, implementation, and governance
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape outsourcing and offshoring approaches
• Optimize sourcing processes to deliver cost-effective solutions
