About the Role:

We are looking for a Recruitment Professional with experience in mentoring others to enhance technical skills and career development. As part of our team, you will take ownership of the recruitment process from end to end, advancing strategies to find, attract, and hire experienced professionals in niche sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

Sourcing top talent is central to our success. You'll use your creativity and problem-solving skills to collaborate with clients and secure the best candidates.You will take ownership of the recruitment process, advancing strategies to find, attract, and hire experienced professionals in niche sectors.Foster a growth mindset within your team, contributing to the development of workforce strategies for both present and future needs.Lead initiatives in global sourcing, diversity hiring, and engaging passive candidates, while delivering an exceptional experience for every candidate.You will drive business development to attract new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • A competitive base salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, with excellent bonus potential.
  • A generous commission structure.
  • 24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per annum.
  • Birthday off and flexible holiday trading options (buy/sell up to 5 days).
