Job Description

Morson Talent is hiring a skilled Marine Equipment Engineer for a 12-month contract at the BAE Systems site in Portsmouth.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on ship systems and equipment, including electrical and mechanical tasks.
  • Operate Marine Auxiliary systems and equipment, as needed.
  • Support the connection and disconnection of dockside services for the ship.
  • Manage shore power connections and disconnects, including main switchboard operations.
Compensation
  • A local hourly rate of £19.40 and non-local rate of £27.40.
  • A 12-month contract with opportunities for overtime.
