Job Title: Senior Project Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Planner to join our team at Reed Engineering. As a Senior Project Planner, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring complex projects through all stages, ensuring efficient methodologies and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, ensuring adherence to standards.
* Prepare detailed cost forecasts, perform risk assessments, and manage contingency planning.
* Implement a Project Controls Plan outlining best practices for cost control, planning, scheduling, and risk management.
* Provide Earned Value Management (EVM) data to track project progress and performance.
* Identify project deviations and communicate these to the project team for timely mitigation.
* Ensure all project issues and risks are highlighted, understood, and managed effectively.
* Promote process compliance and continuous improvement across project teams.
* Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and clients, ensuring smooth project execution.

Requirements:

* Expert user of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
* Detailed understanding of infrastructure projects from design to commissioning.
* Proven ability in defining clear project schedules and planning.
* Deep knowledge of Project Control principles including budget management and change control.
* Familiarity with commercial and financial aspects of project management.
