Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects for Cyclife Aquila Nuclear. This will include project management, contract management, scheduling, cost control, resourcing & resource management, procurement, and project quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts with suppliers and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Project Reporting: Provide accurate and timely project reports to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.
- Team Management: Line manage a team of project personnel, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards, identifying and mitigating any quality risks.
- Cost Control: Manage project costs, ensuring they are within budget and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Resource Management: Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring they are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Procurement: Manage procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Change Management: Manage changes to projects, ensuring they are implemented effectively and efficiently.
The Senior Project Manager will be the client's point of contact with Cyclife Aquila Nuclear, providing a single point of contact for project-related queries and issues.
Requirements- Project Management: Proven experience of project management, including project planning, execution, and closure.
- Contract Management: Experience of contract management, including contract negotiation, administration, and compliance.
- Team Management: Proven experience of team management, including leadership, guidance, and development.
- Quality Assurance: Experience of quality assurance, including quality planning, quality control, and quality improvement.
- Cost Control: Experience of cost control, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost savings.
- Resource Management: Experience of resource management, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Procurement: Experience of procurement, including procurement planning, procurement execution, and procurement compliance.
- Change Management: Experience of change management, including change planning, change execution, and change closure.
The Senior Project Manager will be required to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality delivery.
