About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Associate to join our Prime Video team. As a Senior Quality Associate, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality manual reviews of local content policy related workflows, specializing in global marketplaces. You will also be required to document incidents and generate quality reports on audit activities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough reviews of video assets to identify non-compliant content against the content compliance policy.
- Work closely with video editorial teams to ensure high-quality moderation review of content across Prime Video.
- Identify root causes of content escalations and conduct regular audits of our video catalog.
- Collaborate with Amazon Video global teams, including business, content acquisition, program, and policy teams, to prioritize and launch workflows that support compliance reviews.
- Drive projects that improve support-related functions and processes, leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Contribute to maintaining standard operating procedures by coordinating with Policy, Operations, and Program teams.
- Help drive critical decisions by building dashboards/reports, analyzing metrics, and surfacing insights to improve efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in relevant industries such as Trust and Safety Operations, Content Ratings, or Content Classification.
- Experience in audit mechanisms.
- German language proficiency equivalent of B2+ level.
- Experience with BBFC, FSK ratings, Australia, or New Zealand classification.
- Experience in researching, analyzing current trends, news, and historical events, with excellent general knowledge and know-how of global political, religious, and socio-cultural topics.
