Senior Quality Associate

Rockbourne is proud to partner with a leading European residential real estate investor and manager seeking a top-tier Senior Associate to join their Central London-based team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in real estate corporate finance, capital markets, funds, investment banks, or private equity, with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Underwriting real estate transactions using Excel, with support from a dedicated team
- Building financial models and cost models, as well as appraising new deals in conjunction with the wider team
- Relationship building and deal sourcing, with a focus on London and the six major UK cities
- Analysing market data to assess new investment opportunities
The successful candidate will have a high level of proficiency in Excel, excellent relationship building capabilities, and confidence in their abilities.
Salary: up to £80,000 - £120,000 plus a discretionary bonus
