Job Description:
This Teaching Assistant SEN role involves providing personalized support to a young child with complex needs. The successful candidate will work in Key Stage 1 Year 2 and develop positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Responsibilities:
- One-to-one support for a child with complex needs
- Work alongside teachers to support student progress
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support children with communication, mobility, and speech requirements
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relate positively to children and adults
- Commitment to the happiness and well-being of everyone at the school
