About Our SEN School:
Our school provides a supportive and inclusive environment for students aged 4-11 years with a range of SEN needs. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and contribute to the education and well-being of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing teaching and learning support to students with SEN
- Maintaining the classroom and equipment in a safe and tidy condition
- Contributing to record-keeping by recording observations of pupils during the school day
- Communicating knowledge and understanding of students to other school staff
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school setting, a strong understanding of SEN needs, and excellent communication skills. A competitive salary of £95 per day, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including term-time only working, travel expenses covered, on-site parking, referral bonuses, medical expenses coverage, and SEN teaching assistant training.
