Your Role at Signature

As a Night Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team of care assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents. You will also be responsible for recording and reporting residents' daily progress accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Monitor and review residents' care plans to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate
  • Record and report residents' daily progress to ensure accurate documentation
  • Perform care assistant duties as required to support the team
  • Take the lead in emergency situations to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff
