Your Role at Signature

As a Night Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team of care assistants, ensuring they are supported and guided to deliver exceptional care to our residents. You will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing residents' care plans, ensuring they are adhered to by all team members. You will also be responsible for recording and reporting residents' daily progress accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care assistants
  • Monitor and review residents' care plans

  • Perform care assistant duties as required

What Signature Offers

  • Shift times: 19.45-07.45, 3 nights per week. Alternate weekends required
