Job Title: HGV Workshop Supervisor

Are you a skilled HGV technician looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in managing a team of technicians and ensuring high-quality vehicle repairs? We are seeking an experienced HGV Workshop Supervisor to join our team at RH Commercial Vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of HGV technicians to ensure efficient and effective vehicle repairs
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles and trailers to DVSA standards
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, meeting manufacturer and VOSA requirements
  • Develop and implement processes to improve workshop efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the service reception team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Repair and Maintenance
  • Proven experience in diagnostics and problem-solving, servicing and maintenance
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of technicians
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
