Account Growth Manager Position

We are looking for a talented Account Growth Manager to join our team at S10 Supplies Ltd. Our company delivers a wide variety of products to the hotel industry, including decorating tools, lighting, power tools, plumbing supplies, adhesives, paint, and more.

This role involves engaging with customers, collaborating with the team, and driving sales success while expanding the client portfolio. With an existing customer base of around 300 and the goal of opening new accounts, this position offers a challenging yet rewarding experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and qualify new sales leads
  • Track all sales activities in our BMS system
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop a sales calling plan with existing customers
  • Coordinate with the team and other departments to maximize sales efforts

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's sales experience
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills
  • Telphone-based sales environment experience
  • Driving licence
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
