About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Aberbeeg Hospital. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with mental health conditions, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of therapeutic programmes and activities
  • Monitor and record the progress of individuals, reporting any changes or concerns to the team
  • Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the development of care plans
