Armed Violence Reduction Strategist

As an Armed Violence Reduction Strategist with Handicap International, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to reduce armed violence in conflict-affected countries. With a focus on mine action and advocacy, you will contribute to the expansion of humanitarian operations and ensure that communities are protected from the devastating effects of armed violence.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with international partners to design and implement projects that address the root causes of armed violence. You will also be responsible for promoting employee development and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. With a strong background in project management, strategy design, and partnership building, you will thrive in this dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable populations.
We offer a competitive salary of €65,000 per year, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive benefits package. If based in France, you will enjoy a 34-day annual leave allowance and 13 JRTT days off. Our proximity to the field allows for regular conferences and opportunities to engage with local stakeholders.
