We are currently recruiting for a talented Cooking Professional to join our team at Sodexo Group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for residents, while ensuring the highest standards of health, hygiene, and safety.

Key Tasks- Plan, prepare, and cook meals to meet the dietary needs of residents.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitor and control food, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Report any accidents or near misses to management.
- At least 2 years of cooking experience in a similar role.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to follow recipes and cook various cuisines.
