About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning to support individuals in achieving their goals
  • Develop and implement effective recovery plans, working closely with service users and their networks
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the service

About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience of working within a similar field. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with good IT skills and the ability to work independently.
