Procurement Manager

Elsdon Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join their team in the UK. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for professionals who want to excel in procurement leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement Leadership: Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) without compromising on quality.
- Supplier Evaluation: Analyze supplier bids and subcontractor proposals, ensuring alignment with project requirements, budget, and quality standards.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in procurement, particularly within MEP contracting projects.
- UK Market Knowledge: Familiarity with UK procurement standards and supplier networks is beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software, preferably SAP, and strong analytical capabilities.
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
