About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ELCORA ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS PLLC. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse, utilizing the latest tools and techniques to maximize equipment effectiveness.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues to undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks, such as painting and plumbing, and liaise with contractors as needed.
  • Support the development and progression of onsite apprentices, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their roles.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities to enhance the operational environment and implement best practices across multiple EU sites.
About the Team

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is dedicated to maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers. We work together to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, from installing automated packaging systems to overseeing general maintenance and repairing key distribution equipment.

Requirements
  • Served a full Engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject.
  • Relevant experience as a qualified engineer, with a strong background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
  • Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Apprentice Trained, HNC, HND, BSc, BEng in a relevant Engineering discipline.
  • Experience in condition-based monitoring and faultfinding.
  • Experience working with print and apply machines, conveyor systems, and automation equipment.
