Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Service Lead to join our Gloucester branch. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and progress in your career.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, managing existing accounts, and proactively developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Trade Counter and Phones to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Support order processing, deliveries, and handle customer enquiries
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities to maximise trade counter profits

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within a B2B or wholesale sales environment
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and spot sales opportunities
  • Experience in proactive sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and IT systems
