Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a Developmental Psychologist - Forensic Services to join our Forensic Psychology Team. As a Band 7/8a (development role) psychologist, you will work closely with our experienced team members to develop and deliver high-quality psychological services to patients and staff.
The role offers a competitive salary of £64,313 - £81,432 per annum, depending on experience, and includes fantastic employee wellbeing support, 27-33 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for career development and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide specialist psychological services to the staff and service users on the low secure women's ward.
- Develop and deliver enhanced group interventions with nursing teams and allied health professionals.
- Support staff through case discussion, team formulations, reflective practice, and contribute to staff training.
