About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook Manager to join our team in Manchester. As a Mobile School Cook Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team and providing high-quality food services to students in various school settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of cooks and ensure the delivery of high-quality food services
  • Plan and prepare menus that meet the dietary needs of students
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stock rotation
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in cooking and food preparation
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle
