Responsibilities:

  1. Provide face-to-face and telephone consultations
  2. Conduct quality history and note taking
  3. Prescribe medication safely and effectively
  4. Maintain accurate clinical records

Requirements:

  • Qualified GP with MRCGP and GMC registration
  • Experience working in a GP practice
  • Knowledge of SystmOne
