As a Learning and Development Assistant with Term Time Teachers, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of children in a dynamic and engaging environment.

Primary Objectives:
  • To provide high-quality support to children's development, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional well-being
  • To assist in planning and implementing activities that stimulate cognitive development, creativity, and physical activity
  • To maintain a safe and secure environment for children at all times, adhering to health and safety protocols

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or childcare setting, demonstrating your ability to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • A genuine passion for education and child development, coupled with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and children
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings and afternoons, to meet the needs of our schools and children
  • Possession of a valid driver's license would be advantageous for some of our rural locations
