The Forward Trust is seeking a skilled Recovery Navigator to support service users in their recovery pathway.

This role sits within the Recovery Directorate and forms part of the Recovery Support Team, utilising all available resources. The successful candidate will work closely with service users to help them transition, thrive, and settle into their lives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with individuals who are committed to their recovery. They will also have a good understanding of the complexities of recovery and be able to provide tailored support to meet individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with service users to identify their goals and develop personalized recovery plans
• Provide regular check-ins and support sessions to help service users stay on track
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support for service users
• Maintain accurate records of service user progress and outcomes

About the Role:

Salary Information:
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £24,000 - £28,647 per annum, depending on experience.
