We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at a Specialist Acute Service in Leicester. As a key member of our hospital team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to individuals with mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Administer nursing care to individuals with complex health needs, prioritizing their well-being and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Produce detailed and contemporaneous records of patient interactions and consultations, adhering to legislation and policies.
Requirements
  • A valid NMC Pin and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to work on shift/rota patterns, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
