Marketing Specialist Job Description

Job Overview

ProSource Buying Group is a leading audio video integration firm with a strong presence in the industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content and Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts forward.

To be successful in this role, you must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies to execute successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns based on research, consumer behavior, and industry standards.
  2. Determine the most effective ways to reach target audiences through various media channels such as radio, television, magazines, social media, and online advertisements.
  3. Design and implement a company's marketing plan by creating brochures, catalogs, or websites.
  4. Establish and maintain an online presence for the company through a website, blog, or social media sites.
  5. Analyze data to determine what is working well and what can be improved upon to enhance performance in future campaigns.
  6. Collaborate with designers to create advertisements, brochures, catalogs, or other promotional materials.
  7. Stay up-to-date with new trends in technology, industry standards, and customer preferences to create effective marketing strategies.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. 2-5 years of experience in marketing.
  3. Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems.
  4. Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
  5. Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
  6. Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
  7. Ability to travel occasionally.
