About the Role

Nomios UK&I Limited is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Delivery Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering projects to our customers or internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate and manage project activities, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication
  • Project Management
    • Manage project budgets, resources, and dependencies
    • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective communication strategies with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers
    • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Experience
    • At least five years' experience in project management in a networking, telecommunications, or cyber-security environment
  • Qualifications
    • PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification (or similar)
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and people management skills
    • Ability to work independently and to remain calm under pressure
