Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Experis - ManpowerGroup. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale government projects, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on the project's success.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, successes, and challenges.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing large-scale government projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Excellent project management skills, with expertise in risk management, team leadership, and communication.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.
  • Clearance: Must hold a valid DV clearance to work on government projects.
