We are seeking a highly skilled Process Safety and Construction Manager to join our team at SUEZ. As a key member of our Technical Team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing process safety initiatives, monitoring construction projects, and providing technical engineering support.
Key Responsibilities- Design and assess safe improvement modifications to facilities, ensuring compliance with Management of Change principles.
- Guide Senior Management and the Technical Team on process and construction safety legislation.
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives by providing technical engineering expertise.
- Deliver process safety improvements through process analysis techniques and equipment specification.
- Participate in and facilitate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies.
- Manage and maintain the Process Safety management system.
- Facilitate and lead safety-related plant design and commissioning.
- Maintain and develop SUEZ Essential Safety Requirements documents.
- Support CDM regulations compliance, including conducting inspections, assessments, and reviewing H&S files.
- Assist in High Potential and process safety incident investigations.
- A recognized H&S qualification and experience in the construction sector.
- Outstanding communication skills and sound project management abilities.
- A positive attitude and sound judgment, with the ability to inspire confidence in others.
