A large-scale international single-family office of prominent tech entrepreneurs based in London is seeking an experienced high-level Senior Leadership Partner to act as the right-hand to the family principals.

This strategic role involves overseeing both personal and professional affairs, and will be an essential figure in translating the principals' goals into reality while ensuring operational excellence.

The successful candidate will need to balance hands-on project management with high-level strategic planning and team leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the trusted right-hand to the principals, providing them with operational support.
  • Collaborating with the family to develop long-term strategies for personal and professional endeavors, ensuring alignment with the family's vision and goals.
  • Translating the principals' high-level vision into actionable plans, overseeing execution with the internal team and external partners.
  • Overseeing large-scale and complex projects, including property refurbishments, acquisitions, and business ventures, both in the UK and internationally.
  • Leading the coordination and communication between the principals and external contractors, architects, designers, and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Managing a small team.
  • Ensuring all aspects of the family office's operations (HR, IT, security, etc.) run smoothly and in support of the principals' overarching objectives.
  • Representing the principals in high-stakes interactions with external parties, including contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Estimated salary: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
