Key Responsibilities:
- Train and develop the sales team to effectively close leads.
- Implement a training and development programme to onboard new hires and continue the progress of existing sales team members.
- Coach and mentor the team to focus on value selling rather than just price.
- Recruit and develop an outbound sales person, integrating them into the team and establishing an outbound function.
- Assess current processes, suggest improvements, and implement changes as needed.
