About the Role:

The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. Due to growth within the team, we now have a new opportunity for a Finance Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive Finance team based in Lisburn.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining outstanding credit from customers at agreed acceptable levels. You will work with customers to ensure that debt queries are resolved in a timely manner, assist in the maintenance and improvement of the credit control processes and systems, and be accountable to the Finance Manager for debt levels experienced with assigned customers.

You will also maintain clean client records, agree customer payment plans in conjunction with the Finance Manager, conduct monthly reconciliation of Accounts Receivable Ledger accounts, and oversee/complete the forwarding of monthly statements to customers to keep them updated on the debt status of their account.

Responsibilities:
